Steps to Reproduce
- Visit https://github-spy.netlify.app/
- Scroll down the homepage.
- In the footer Quick Links section, click Contact Us.
- Observe the page position after navigation.
- Repeat the same process with Privacy Policy.
Expected Behavior
The Contact Us and Privacy Policy pages should load from the top whenever a user navigates to them using the footer links.
Actual Behavior
- Contact Us opens at a previously retained scroll position instead of the top of the page.
- Privacy Policy opens around Section 4 ("Data Retention Windows") instead of the beginning of the page.
- About page loads correctly from the top.

The issue was reproduced consistently in both normal browsing mode and Incognito mode.

I reproduced this issue consistently, tested it in both normal and incognito browsing modes, and reviewed the relevant routing and page components before opening this report.
